Presentation: Tablets containing Mirtazapine 15 mg.

Indications: Treatment of major depressive disorder, including depression with associated anxiety and insomnia.

Dosage & Administration: The recommended starting dose for adults is 15 mg once daily, preferably in the evening or before sleep. Dosage may be increased gradually by the physician, typically at intervals of 1-2 weeks, up to a maximum of 45 mg daily based on clinical response.

Side Effects: Common side effects may include increased appetite, weight gain, sedation, dry mouth, and dizziness. Less common side effects may include edema, headache, abnormal dreams, and constipation.

Precautions: Exercise caution in patients with epilepsy, hepatic or renal impairment, cardiovascular disorders, or hypotension. Avoid concomitant use with MAO inhibitors. May potentiate the sedative effects of alcohol and other CNS depressants. Use with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Storage: Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C in a dry place.
