1. General Information

eMaloy.com is a registered eCommerce and digital service platform based in Bangladesh. We offer a wide range of products including medicines (under the license of our Momotaz Pharmacy), electronics, fashion items, perfumes, health & nutrition products, and more.

2. Prescription Medicines

• All prescription-based medicines are sold under the license of our Momotaz Pharmacy.
• Customers are required to upload a valid prescription for non-OTC (Over-the-Counter) medicines at the time of order.
• Orders without a valid prescription for prescription-only items will be cancelled.

3. Orders & Processing

• All orders are subject to availability and verification. Once you place an order, our team will check the stock and contact you via phone to confirm.
• Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues will be cancelled and, if applicable, advance payments refunded.
• Customers receive email updates for every stage of order processing and delivery.

4. Payment Options

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bkash payments.
• For Bkash payments, customers must complete the transaction to the provided number and confirm via order note or phone.
• In case of failure to deliver a prepaid order, the full amount will be refunded within 12 to 72 hours.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Standard delivery time is 24 to 72 hours depending on location and availability.
• Some products may be delivered directly from partner companies or suppliers, resulting in multiple shipments for the same order.
• No additional delivery fee will be charged for split deliveries.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Damaged, incorrect, or defective items are eligible for exchange.
• Customers must provide a video recording while unboxing as proof to claim a return or exchange.
• If a customer changes their mind after receiving the product, they may return it by paying the delivery charge. The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

7. Offers and Promotions

• eMaloy reserves the right to run promotional discounts, offers, and subsidies on selected products.
• Promotional prices may vary for a limited time and are subject to availability.
• We may subsidize prices on behalf of eMaloy or other partnered businesses to offer better deals to our customers.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on eMaloy.com including images, logos, text, and graphics are the property of eMaloy and/or its partners.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data

• All customer information provided during registration and checkout is kept secure and confidential.
• We do not share customer data with any third party except for delivery and order processing purposes.

10. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

eMaloy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website following the changes means you accept those updates.
