Presentation: Each box contains 30 tablets (typically in blister packs). Each tablet contains Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1) 100 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 200 mg, and Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 200 mcg.

Indications: Indicated for the treatment and prevention of Vitamin B1, B6, and B12 deficiencies. Also used as supportive treatment for neuritis and non-inflammatory diseases of the nerves, such as diabetic neuropathy, peripheral neuralgia, lumbago, myalgia, optic neuritis, sciatica, facial neuralgia, intercostal neuralgia,and spinal pain.

Dosage and Administration: The usual adult dose is one to three tablets daily, or as directed by a physician. The tablets should be swallowed whole with water.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Allergic reactions may rarely occur.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients on Levodopa therapy and in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Cyanocobalamin should not be given before a diagnosis of Vitamin B12 deficiency has been fully established.

Storage: Store in a cool (below 25°C) and dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
