V-Plex 200ml

Presentation: Syrup available in bottles of 200 ml. Manufactured by The ACME Laboratories Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Ingredients: Each 5 ml of syrup typically contains Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 5 mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 2 mg, and Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 20 mg.

Indications: Indicated for the prophylactic or therapeutic nutritional supplementation in physiologically stressful conditions. These include conditions causing depletion,or reduced absorption or bioavailability of essential B-vitamins, manifested by glossitis, stomatitis, cheilosis,and beriberi. It is also used in other Vitamin B-Complex deficiency states like loss of appetite, angular stomatitis, keratitis, seborrhoeic dermatitis, pellagra, photophobia, peripheral neuritis, and corneal vascularization. It can also be used during pregnancy, lactation, prolonged antibiotic therapy, and convalescence.

Dosage & Administration:

• Children up to 2 years: 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) daily.
• Children over 2 years: 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) 3 times daily.
• Adults: 1-2 teaspoonfuls (5-10 ml) 3 times daily, or as directed by the physician.

Side Effects:Adverse reactions have been reported with specific vitamins and minerals, but generally at levels substantially higher than those in V-Plex-B complex. However, allergic and idiosyncratic reactions are possible at lower levels.  

Precautions: V-Plex-B complex is contraindicated in patients hypersensitive to any of its components. It should be given cautiously to patients taking Levodopa as Pyridoxine reduces the effect of Levodopa.

Storage: Keep below 25°C temperature, away from light & moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
