Presentation: Film-coated tablets available in strips or blister packs. Manufactured by Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Ingredients:Each film-coated tablet contains Calcium Carbonate BP equivalent to 600 mg elemental Calcium, Vitamin D3 BP (as Cholecalciferol) 200 IU, Magnesium Oxide BP equivalent to 40 mg Magnesium,Zinc Oxide BP equivalent to 7.5 mg Zinc, Cupric Oxide equivalent to 1 mg Copper, Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate BP equivalent to 1.8 mg Manganese, and Boron Citrate equivalent to 250 mcg Boron.

Indications: Prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. To maintain strong bone growth. As a nutritional supplement. For bone development and regeneration. During pregnancy and lactation. In deficiency states of Calcium and Vitamin D3. As adjunct treatment to asthmatics to prevent steroid-induced osteoporosis andas adjunct treatment to antiseizure medications. For proper functioning of the heart, muscles, and nerves.

Dosage & Administration: Adults: 1 tablet twice daily, preferably 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening, or as directed by a physician. It is best taken with or just after main meals with a full glass of water.

Side Effects: Rarely, mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as constipation, flatulence, nausea, gastric pain, or diarrhea may occur. Occasional skin rash has been reported following Vitamin D3 supplementation. Hypercalciuria and, in rare cases, hypercalcaemia have been seen with long-term treatment at high doses.

Precautions: Contraindicated in hypercalcaemia resulting from myeloma, bone metastasis or other malignant bone disease, sarcoidosis, primary hyperparathyroidism,Vitamin D3 overdosage, and severe renal failure. Hypersensitivity to any of the tablet ingredients. Relative contraindications include osteoporosis due to prolonged immobilization, renal stones, and severe hypercalciuria. Use with caution in patients with mild to moderate renal failure or mild hypercalciuria, requiring periodic checks of plasma calcium levels and urinary calcium excretion.

Storage: Keep in a dry place away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children.
