Pacibion 

Presentation: Film-coated tablets containing Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) 100 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 200 mg, and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 200 mcg.Available in strips. Manufactured by Pacific Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Ingredients: Thiamine Mononitrate BP, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP, and Cyanocobalamin BP.

Indications: Indicated for the treatment of Vitamin B1, B6, and B12 deficiency syndromes. Also used for the supportive treatment of neuritis and inflammatory diseases of neurons, such as diabetic neuropathy, peripheral neuralgia,lumbago, sciatica, myalgia, intercostal neuralgia, herpes zoster, trigeminal neuralgia, and facial paralysis.

Dosage & Administration: Adults: Usually 1 to 3 tablets per day or as directed by a physician. The tablets are taken orally.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Allergic reactions may occur in some individuals.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients and in patients on levodopa therapy. Cyanocobalamin should not be given to patients with subacute degeneration of the spinal cord.

Storage: Store in a cool (below 25°C) and dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
