Ingredients: Each tablet typically contains a comprehensive formulation of vitamins and minerals specifically balanced for adults aged 50 and over. This includes vitamins such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, B-complex vitamins (Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid), and minerals such as Calcium, Phosphorus, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, Molybdenum, and others. Specific amounts of each ingredient are listed on the product packaging.

Indications: Indicated as a daily multivitamin and mineral supplement for adults aged 50 years and older. It helps to meet the changing nutritional needs of this age group, supporting overall health, vitality, and well-being. It may help maintain healthy heart function, vision, bone health, brain function, and immune response.

Dosage & Administration: One tablet to be taken orally once daily, preferably with food, or as directed by a physician.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated when taken as directed. Mild gastrointestinal disturbances may occur in some individuals. Allergic reactions to any of the ingredients are possible but rare.

Precautions: Contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
