Myelin 

Presentation: Tablets or capsules containing a combination of Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin or Methylcobalamin). The specific strengths will be detailed on the product packaging available in Bangladesh.

Indications: Indicated for the treatment and prevention of Vitamin B1, B6, and B12 deficiencies. Also used as supportive treatment for neuritis and non-inflammatory diseases of the nerves, such as diabetic neuropathy, peripheral neuralgia, lumbago, myalgia, optic neuritis, sciatica, facial neuralgia, intercostal neuralgia,and spinal pain.

Dosage and Administration: The usual adult dose is one to three tablets or capsules daily, or as directed by a physician. The tablets or capsules should be swallowed whole with water.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Allergic reactions may rarely occur. High doses of certain B vitamins may lead to mild and transient side effects.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. May have contraindications or interact with other medications depending on the specific formulation.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
