Leveron 250

Presentation:250 mg levetiracetam tablets.  

Indications:Adjunctive treatment of partial-onset, myoclonic, and primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in epilepsy.May be monotherapy for certain partial-onset seizures.  

Dosage and Administration:Individualized by age, weight, renal function, and condition.Usual adult starting dose 500 mg twice daily, up to 3000 mg daily. Pediatric doses vary.Adjust for renal impairment. Can take with or without food.Follow physician's instructions.

Side Effects: Drowsiness, lack of energy, headache, dizziness, accidental injury. Behavioral changes possible, especially in children.  

Precautions: Caution in pre-existing behavioral problems. May cause drowsiness; avoid driving/machinery if affected.Gradual withdrawal recommended.

Storage:Store below 30°C, dry place, protected from light and moisture, out of reach of children.
