Generic Name: Mirogabalin Besylate

Strength: Each tablet contains Mirogabalin Besylate 5 mg.

Indications:

GabaFix is used to treat neuropathic pain, including:

• Diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain (DPNP)
• Postherpetic neuralgia (PHN)
• Peripheral neuropathic pain (PNP)

Dosage and Administration:

• The usual starting dose for adults is 5 mg twice daily.
• The dose may be gradually increased by 5 mg at intervals of at least one week, up to 15 mg twice daily, based on your doctor's instructions.
• Take orally twice daily.
• Can be taken with or without food.

Side Effects:

Common side effects may include:

• Sleepiness (somnolence)
• Dizziness
• Swelling (edema)
• Weight gain

Precautions:

• May cause dizziness, sleepiness, or loss of consciousness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.
• Use caution in elderly patients due to the risk of falls.
• Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems, as dose adjustment may be needed.
• Avoid alcohol consumption as it may increase drowsiness and impair motor skills.
• Tell your doctor about all other medications you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and herbal supplements.

• Consult your doctor before using GabaFix if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.

Storage:

• Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from light and moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
