Presentation: Each salmon-colored, round, biconvex film-coated tablet, marked with '379' on one side, contains Estradiol (as hemihydrate) 1 mg and Dydrogesterone 5 mg. Available in blister packs of 28 tablets.

Indications: Indicated for Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for estrogen deficiency symptoms in postmenopausal women, initiated at least 12 months after the last natural menstrual period. Also indicated for the prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women at high risk of fractures when other medications are unsuitable.

Dosage and Administration: One tablet to be taken orally once daily, without interruption between packs, preferably at the same time each day. May be taken with or without food. If a dose is missed by less than 12 hours, take it as soon as remembered; otherwise, skip the missed dose and resume the regular schedule. Do not double the dose. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration for symptom relief.

Side Effects: Common adverse effects may include headache, nausea, breast pain, irregular uterine bleeding, abdominal pain, weight gain, and fatigue. Uncommon reactions may involve mood changes, dizziness, indigestion, and fluid retention. Rare side effects include allergic reactions and migraine.

Precautions: Contraindicated in known or suspected breast cancer, estrogen-dependent malignant tumors, undiagnosed genital bleeding, untreated endometrial hyperplasia, current or past venous thromboembolism, active or recent arterial thromboembolic disease,acute liver disease, porphyria, and hypersensitivity to components. Exercise caution in women with risk factors for thromboembolism, estrogen-sensitive tumors, hypertension, liver disorders, diabetes mellitus, migraine, systemic lupus erythematosus, and epilepsy. Regular medical assessments are recommended. Discuss potential risks versus benefits of HRT with the physician.

Storage: Store below 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
