Ingredients: Each capsule contains Vitamin E USP (as Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate) 200 mg.

Indications: Indicated for the treatment and prevention of Vitamin E deficiency. May also be used as a dietary supplement and antioxidant. Some studies suggest potential benefits in cardiovascular health, skin and hair health.

Dosage & Administration: The usual daily intake ranges from 200 mg to 600 mg for adults, or as directed by a physician. Dosage may vary based on the specific indication and individual needs. It is often recommended to take Vitamin E with food for better absorption.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated at recommended doses. Large doses (over 1 gram daily) may cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhea and abdominal pain.
