Astagen 2mg Capsule

Presentation: Capsules containing 2mg of Astaxanthin. Typically available in containers (bottles or boxes) of 30 capsules. Manufactured by General Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and possibly others in Bangladesh.

Ingredients: Each capsule contains 2mg of Astaxanthin.

Indications: Indicated as a strong antioxidant. May improve cardiovascular health, improve immune function, improve skin condition, protect skin from sun damage, improve recovery from central nervous system injuries, and protect eyes. May also reduce inflammation and the risk of infertility.

Dosage & Administration: Adults (18 years and older): The usual daily dose is 4 mg, taken with or immediately before a meal in the morning. Dosage may range from 2-16 mg daily for specific uses, as directed by a physician.

Side Effects: No severe side effects have been reported yet.

Precautions: Contraindicated in individuals with known allergies to Astaxanthin. Pregnant women and lactating mothers should avoid Astaxanthin supplements as safety data is limited.
