Presentation: Film-coated tablets. Available in strips. Manufactured by Albion Laboratories Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Ingredients: Each tablet contains Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1) BP, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) BP, and Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) BP. Specific strengths are mentioned on the packaging (e.g., Thiamine 100 mg, Pyridoxine 200 mg, Cyanocobalamin 200 mcg).

Indications: Indicated for the treatment of Vitamin B1, B6, and B12 deficiency states. Also used in the management of polyneuropathy of various origins (diabetic, alcoholic, toxic), neuritis, neuralgia, cervical syndrome, shoulder-arm syndrome, lumbago, sciatica, myalgia, intercostal neuralgia, herpes zoster,trigeminal neuralgia, and as supportive treatment in facial palsy.

Dosage & Administration: Adults: Usually 1 to 3 tablets per day or as directed by a physician.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Allergic reactions may occur in some individuals.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients on levodopa therapy and in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Cyanocobalamin should not be given before a diagnosis has been fully established due to the possibility of masking the symptoms of subacute degeneration of the spinal cord.

Storage: Store in a cool (below 25°C) and dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
