Presentation: Syrup in a 100 ml bottle, often with a measuring cup. Manufactured by ACME Laboratories Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Ingredients: Each 5 ml of syrup typically contains Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 5 mg, Riboflavin (as Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium) 2 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 2 mg, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 20 mg, and Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mg.

Indications: Indicated for the treatment and prevention of deficiencies in Zinc and B-complex vitamins. These nutrients are essential for various bodily functions, including immunity, wound healing, energy production, nerve function, and growth.

Dosage and Administration:

• Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) 2 to 3 times daily, or as recommended by a physician.
• Children: 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) 1 to 3 times daily, or as recommended by a physician.
• Infants: 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) 1 to 2 times daily, or as recommended by a physician.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. However, some individuals may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or stomach upset.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. In acute renal failure, zinc accumulation may occur, requiring dosage adjustment. Zinc may interact with tetracycline and quinolone antibiotics, reducing their absorption. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) can reduce the effectiveness of levodopa.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
