Presentation: Liquid-filled hard gelatin capsules containing Astaxanthin USP 4 mg. Available in blister packs of 3x10 capsules. Manufactured by Ziska Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh.
Ingredients: Astaxanthin USP 4 mg.
Indications: Indicated as a strong antioxidant. May improve cardiovascular health (atherosclerosis, reduce cholesterol), improve immune function, improve the condition of the skin, protect the skin from sun damage (reduce wrinkles, pimples, and other signs of aging), improve recovery from central nervous system injuries, protect eyes from cataracts and macular degeneration, reduce inflammation (arthritis), and reduce the risk of infertility. Also reported to effectively reduce oxidative damage to DNA, decrease the risk for many types of cancer, and stabilize blood sugar. Â
Dosage and Administration: Adults (18 years and older): The usual daily dose is 4 mg, taken along with or immediately prior to meals in the morning. For different uses, the dosage may vary:

Precautions: Contraindicated for those with known allergies to Astaxanthin. Pregnant women and lactating mothers should avoid Astaxanthin supplements as no data on safety has been found yet. Concomitant intake with Cholestyramine, Colestipol, Mineral oil, or Orlistat may reduce the absorption rate of Xanthia.
Storage: Do not store above 25°C. Protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.
