Presentation: Film-coated tablets containing a combination of vitamins and minerals specifically formulated for teenage girls. Available in blister packs or bottles containing [Number] tablets, manufactured by ACI Limited in Bangladesh. Each tablet typically contains Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, B vitamins, Vitamin K, Folic Acid, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, and Iron.

Indications: Indicated as a comprehensive nutritional supplement for teenage girls (ages 13-19) to support overall health, including the development and maintenance of bones and teeth, boosting immunity, energy production, promoting healthy skin, supporting hormonal balance, and reducing anxiety and depression.

Dosage and Administration: For teenage girls, the usual dosage is one tablet daily, to be taken orally with food. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as constipation, diarrhea, or upset stomach may occur, and these are usually temporary. Iron may cause stools to turn black, which is harmless. Allergic sensitization has been reported following oral administration of folic acid in rare cases. If any side effects persist or worsen, consult a doctor.

Precautions: Contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Folic acid alone is not appropriate for treating pernicious anemia and other megaloblastic anemias where Vitamin B12 is deficient. Not indicated for use by pregnant and lactating mothers.

Storage: Store in a cool (below 25°C) and dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
