Conditions Treated: Allergic rhinoconjunctivitis, hay fever, and urticaria (hives).

Must be taken on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Adults & Adolescents (12+ years): 20 mg tablet once daily.
Children (6–11 years): 10 mg mouth-dissolving tablet once daily (dissolves in saliva or 1 tsp of water).
Children (2–11 years): 4 mL oral solution once daily.
Children Under 2 years: Not recommended.
Common Side Effects: Headache, dizziness, fatigue, and rare drowsiness (similar frequency to placebo).
Pregnancy & Lactation: Preferable to avoid during pregnancy; consult a doctor regarding breastfeeding.
Renal & Liver Impairment: No dose adjustment necessary.
Interactions: Blood levels increase with ketoconazole, erythromycin, or diltiazem, but safety remains intact. Does not increase drowsiness when combined with alcohol or lorazepam.
Contraindications: Known hypersensitivity to Bilastine or its ingredients.
