Miralin 2.5 mg tablet contains Mirogabalin Besylate. 
It is used to treat peripheral neuropathic pain , including diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain, postherpetic neuralgia, and other peripheral neuropathic pain.  

Dosage: The usual starting dose for adults is 5 mg twice daily, which can be gradually increased up to 15 mg twice daily. The dose may be adjusted by a doctor based on individual needs.

Common side effects include dizziness, increased weight, peripheral edema (swelling in the extremities), and somnolence (sleepiness).
