This capsule is indicated for the treatment and prevention of:

• Osteoporosis (promotes healthy bone density)

• Coronary Artery Calcification (prevents arterial hardening)

• Rheumatoid Arthritis

Pharmacology

• Active Ingredient: Menaquinone-7 (Vitamin K2), a fat-soluble vitamin naturally produced using Bacillus subtilis.

• Key Action: Features the highest bioavailability and longest blood half-life among Vitamin K2 forms, allowing it to effectively reach bones, arteries, and soft tissues.

• Mechanism: Acts as a vital cofactor to transport excess calcium out of the bloodstream and deposit it directly into the bones, supporting both bone and vascular health.

Dosage & Administration

• Standard Dose: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily orally, or as directed by your doctor.

• Note: Use strictly under the guidance of a registered physician.

Important Safety Information

• Contraindications:

  • Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity to Menaquinone-7.

  • Strictly contraindicated with Warfarin (and other blood thinners).

• Drug Interactions:

  • Warfarin: Vitamin K2 can reduce its anticoagulant effects.

  • Orlistat: May decrease the absorption of Menaquinone-7.

• Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Clinical trials using high doses (over 40 mg/day) showed no reports of hypercoagulable (excessive blood clotting) side effects.
