Presentation: Tablets, usually available in strips or bottles of 30. Manufactured by Ibn Sina Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Ingredients: Each tablet contains L-Lysine USP 50 mg, Vitamin A BP 1500 IU, Vitamin D3 BP 100 IU, Vitamin B1 BP 250 mcg, Vitamin B2 BP 250 mcg, Vitamin B6 BP 250 mcg, Vitamin B12 BP 2 mcg, Vitamin E BP 10 IU, Nicotinamide BP 2.5 mg, Folic acid BP 0.25 mg, and Vitamin C BP 50 mg.

Indications: Indicated to improve appetite, promote growth in height and weight, help in building muscle protein, aid in calcium absorption, and ensure energy production. Also used for treating Vitamin A deficiency and reducing complications of certain diseases in children with Vitamin A deficiency. The B vitamins are necessary for proper nervous system function. Vitamin D3 helps prevent Vitamin D deficiency and rickets. Vitamin C is needed for healthy skin and eyes. Folic acid is used for megaloblastic anemias due to folic acid deficiency. Nicotinamide is for non-pregnant patients with acne vulgaris or inflammatory skin disorders who are deficient in or at risk of deficiency in its components.

Dosage & Administration: Adults: Usually one tablet daily, or as recommended by a physician.

Side Effects: Generally safe and well-tolerated.

Precautions: Contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Long-term intake of high levels of Vitamin A may increase the risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. Folic acid in doses above 0.1 mg daily may obscure pernicious anemia. Concomitant use of calcium supplements with lysine may increase calcium absorption and reduce its elimination.

Storage: Store below 25°C, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
