Indications: Indicated to enhance cognitive function and mental alertness. Particularly useful for individuals experiencing mental and physical fatigue due to lifestyle, work, or study demands, and those with difficulty concentrating and remembering information. May also improve memory retention and reduce forgetfulness.

Dosage and Administration:

• Adults: Usually 2 capsules daily, one after breakfast and one after lunch, or as directed by a physician.
• Children (12-18 years): Usually 1 capsule daily or as directed by a physician.
• It is recommended to take Ginsenia for at least 4 weeks.
