Flurizin 10

Presentation: Each tablet contains 10 mg Flunarizine (as Hydrochloride).

Indications: Prophylaxis of classic (with aura) or common (without aura) migraine. May also be used for symptomatic treatment of vestibular vertigo.

Dosage & Administration: Usual starting dose for adults under 65 is 10 mg at night. For those over 65, it's 5 mg at night. Dosage may be adjusted. Follow doctor's instructions.

Side Effects: Common: drowsiness, weight gain, increased appetite. Less common: fatigue, depression, insomnia. Rare: extrapyramidal symptoms, anxiety, dry mouth.

Precautions: Inform doctor of any history of depression or Parkinson's disease. Caution with alcohol and other CNS depressants. May cause drowsiness. Not for acute migraine attacks.

Storage: Store below 30°C, protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
