Emedox Tablet - (20mg Doxylamine Succinate + 20mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride)

Presentation: Each tablet contains 20mg Doxylamine Succinate and 20mg Pyridoxine HCl. 

Indications: For nausea and vomiting of pregnancy when conservative treatment fails.

Dosage: Usually 1 tablet at bedtime initially. May increase to 1 tablet in the morning and 1 at bedtime (max 2 daily). Take on an empty stomach with water, swallow whole.

Side Effects: Common: drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation. Less common: fatigue, headache, anxiety.

Precautions: Inform doctor of conditions like asthma, glaucoma, ulcers, urinary problems. Avoid with MAOIs, alcohol, CNS depressants. May cause drowsiness; avoid driving/machinery until effects known.

Storage: Store below 30°C, dry, away from light and children.
