Presentation: Sustained-release capsules containing Propranolol Hydrochloride in various strengths (e.g., 20 mg, 40 mg).

Indications: Management of high blood pressure (hypertension), chest pain (angina), irregular heart rhythms (arrhythmias), and prevention of migraine headaches. It can also help reduce tremors and manage symptoms of anxiety.

Dosage & Administration: The usual starting dose and how often you take it will be determined by your doctor based on your condition and response. The capsules are typically taken once or twice daily. Swallow the capsule whole with water, preferably with food. Take it at the same time each day. Do not crush or chew the capsule. Follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

Side Effects: Common side effects may include slow heart rate, cold fingers and toes, tiredness, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Less common side effects can include sleep disturbances, nightmares, and skin rash.

Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have asthma or other breathing problems, diabetes, thyroid disorders, low blood pressure, heart problems, or poor circulation. Use caution while driving or operating machinery as this medicine can cause dizziness and tiredness. Do not stop taking this medication suddenly without consulting your doctor, as it can worsen your condition.
