Azelto 100 is a capsule containing 100 mg of Naftidrofuryl Oxalate BP . 
It is manufactured by Ziska Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Indications:

Azelto is used to improve blood flow in the body and is prescribed for peripheral vascular disorders such as:

• Intermittent claudication (leg pain on walking) 
• Night cramps 
• Rest pain in legs 
• Incipient gangrene
• Trophic ulcers (sores on legs or feet due to poor circulation)
• Raynaud's syndrome (pale or blue fingers or toes in the cold)
• Diabetic arteriopathy (poor circulation due to diabetes) 
• Acrocyanosis (persistent blue discoloration of extremities)

Dosage and Administration:

The usual dose is one Azelto 100 capsule three times daily during meals, for a minimum of three months, or as directed by the physician. Patients with kidney disorders may require a lower dose. The capsule should always be taken with a sufficient amount of water, and not without liquid before bed, to prevent oesophagitis.

Side Effects:

Uncommon side effects may include:

• Gastrointestinal disorders such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and epigastric pain. 
• Skin rash. Rare side effects may include:
• Liver damage. Very rare side effects may include:
• Calcium oxalate kidney stones.

Precautions:

Azelto may alter urine composition, potentially increasing the risk of calcium oxalate kidney stones. Use with caution in patients with kidney or liver disorders. Maintain adequate fluid intake during treatment.

Contraindications:

Azelto is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to naftidrofuryl oxalate or any other ingredients in the capsule, and in patients with a history of hyperoxaluria or recurrent calcium-containing kidney stones.
