Nasal Spray (Aqueous Suspension): Treatment of the symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis in patients aged 2 years and older.2
Inhalation Powder (Capsule): Once-daily maintenance treatment of asthma as prophylactic therapy in patients aged 5 years and older. It is NOT for the relief of acute bronchospasm.

Note: Effectiveness depends on regular use.
Administration: Shake gently, prime the pump before first use or after 1 week (or more) of non-use. Insert the applicator, tilt the head slightly forward, and press firmly while breathing in through the nose.
Administered as 1 inhalation once daily by the orally inhaled route, at the same time every day. Do not use more than 1 time every 24 hours.

Note: The dosage should be titrated to the lowest effective dosage after asthma stability is achieved.3
Contraindication: Hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients.
Inhibitors: Coadministration with potent 4 inhibitors (like ritonavir or ketoconazole) is not recommended or requires caution, as it may increase Rhinomist exposure.5
Systemic Effects: Although minimal with recommended doses, the risk of systemic effects (like wheezing, nasal septum perforation, cataracts, glaucoma, and increased intraocular pressure) increases with larger doses. Avoid larger than recommended doses.
Nasal Spray Side Effects: Drying of the nose and an increase in the incidence of nosebleeds may occur.
Renal Impairment: No dosage adjustment is required.
Hepatic Impairment: Use with caution in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
Pregnancy Category C: Use during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. It is unknown if it is excreted in human breast milk.
Therapeutic Class: Nasal Steroid Preparations.
